Arts building Hart van Zuid Rotterdam: interior finishing for a versatile cultural center.

In Rotterdam-Zuid, the Kunstenpand is part of the Hart van Zuid area development. This cultural center houses Theater Zuidplein, a library and various creative functions. The building is a meeting place for residents and visitors and plays an important role in the cultural and social life of the city.

We provided the interior finishing for this cultural center. In this project, the emphasis was on sustainability, intensive use and representativeness, matching the versatile functions of the building. With our craftsmanship, we realized accessible and well-kept spaces that contribute to the welcoming and lively atmosphere of this cultural center.
