The Maryland is a tanker in the Wijgaart Shipping fleet. This brings the total number of vessels in the fleet to 18. It is a well-suited Rhine vessel that, thanks to its low deadweight, can continue to navigate even during low water levels.
The interior design on board features a warm and homey atmosphere. The rich wood textures, beautiful fabrics, and carefully coordinated colors create a comfortable living environment where ambiance takes center stage.
The wheelhouse isn’t shown in the photos. Not because it isn’t there, but because, unfortunately, ships don’t always stick to our photo schedules. 😉🚢
With the Maryland now in service, the fleet gains yet another U.S. state. And that’s not all—the Minnesota, Alabama, and Alaska are also in the works. With ships named Florida, Michigan, California, Montana, and the Carolinas already sailing the seas, the map of the United States is slowly but surely becoming complete. 🚢
