The Mts Vrijheid is a modern inland waterway tanker that recently successfully completed its sea trials and has now entered service. We were once again entrusted with installing all the paneling.
Beforehand, the owner worked with our interior stylist to put together a design. This is reflected in the choices of materials, colors, and unique details throughout the interior.
All cabinetry, kitchen units, and doors are finished in Portland Oak Anthracite. A dark wood tone with a rich grain that creates a calm and elegant backdrop.
There is a wide variety of materials used. For example, the bathroom features beige furniture with a linen-like finish, while the powder room has a tiled finish. The TV stand was also custom-made for this design.
The real eye-catcher has to be the brass trim with a diamond-patterned relief. It’s a striking detail that appears in both the wheelhouse and the living quarters. Have you spotted it yet? 👀
